Advance Care Planning is an essential step for every adult starting at age 18. This class highlights the importance of discussing your healthcare preferences and understanding the legal process for naming someone you trust to make medical decisions if you’re ever unable to do so. Participants will learn the key components of advance care planning and have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive, informative setting.
