On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the Racial Justice Task Force of Coastal Virginia Unitarian Universalists (CVUU) will host a BIPOC Pride gathering dedicated to uplifting, affirming, and celebrating the fullness of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color) LGBTQ+ identity. BIPOC Trans youth and LGBTQ+ adults are facing escalating hostility, harmful rhetoric, and policies that threaten their safety and sense of belonging. In moments like these, our community is being called to rise with clarity, compassion, and collective courage.
