Chef Mary will be joined for the evening by Master Distiller, David Bock, who will share his first hand knowledge of spirit making and secrets behind Bowman's gold medal winning spirits from gin to rum and of course bourbon. Locally sourced Virginia ingredients highlight every dish while Virginia made spirits compliment each bite.
