Bria Tyler
Get inspired by the art on view in our galleries, and work with artist Bria Tyler to create your own one-of-a-kind sketchbook.
Together, we’ll explore The Hidden Archive by artist MarieAnn Fluker and talk about how books can tell stories not just through words but also through textures, materials, and personal memories. We’ll reflect on the special things that make us who we are and how we can capture those feelings in a handmade book!
Back in the studio, we’ll use fabric scraps, glue, and our imaginations to decorate the covers of our sketchbooks. Each participant will leave with a unique book ready to be filled with stories, drawings, and memories.
This class supports creativity, self-expression, and fine motor development through gluing, arranging, and hands-on exploration of materials.
A caregiver, parent, or guardian must be present for the duration of this class.
