Each session is packed with fun and designed to help your little one stretch their bodies and their creativity! We’ll flow through energizing yoga poses, calming breathwork, and dreamy mindfulness moments—all wrapped up in laughter, art, music, games, and guided relaxation. From musical mats to mindful crafts, every moment is thoughtfully crafted to ignite joy and confidence.
