This course offers an immersive introduction to sound bowl meditation, an ancient technique that uses the harmonic vibrations of singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Students will explore the history, theory, and therapeutic benefits of sound healing while gaining hands-on experience playing various sound bowls. Through guided meditations, practical demonstrations, and reflective practices, participants will learn how to incorporate sound bowl meditation into personal wellness routines or professional settings. REQUIRED: Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow, small blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
