Heart Walk & Field Day Games - Old Dominion University and Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University proudly team up with American Heart Association. Join the Fun for a Great Cause! One-mile walk and field day games!

The event takes place during ODU's Activity Hour (12:30 pm to 1:30 pm) on Thursday, September 24th. Field day games include a friendly competition of Tug of War, Three-Legged Races, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and more! In addition to physical activities, enjoy the Arts for the Heart Craft station, healthy snacks, and beverages. The event also includes Hands-Only CPR demonstrations, Blood pressure screenings, and opportunities to learn about nutrition science and health. All faculty, students, staff, and community members are invited to participate. Everyone is encouraged to wear red. The first 400 participants to sign up to participate get a free t-shirt! Shuttle service will be provided between the medical campus and the main campus.
