Join Water's Edge Winery for a FUNdraiser supporting the Virginia Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association. April is Parkinson's Awareness Month! With over 25,000 Virginians experiencing Parkinson's disease, the need for more quality support services, resources and education, and research on Parkinson's disease has grown exponentially as Parkinson's disease is now the FASTEST GROWING neurological disease in the world.

Come by Water's Edge Winery Saturday, April 18th between 12 - 3pm for a special release party for "The Optimist" a wine made by Water's Edge Winery to support the Strength in Optimism and Hope in Progress that has been made for Parkinson's disease in the last several years.

$5 from each bottle sold will benefit the APDA Virginia Chapter and support local Parkinson's programs and services. Additionally, if you stay for dinner and mention the fundraiser, 10% of your bill will be donated to APDA Virginia as well. APDA Virginia will be there to provide community resources and information on Parkinson's disease, as well as hosting sign-ups for the Norfolk Optimism Walk on May 2nd.
