Join us for a Lunch & Learn Series. Renters have rights and responsibilities when they sign a lease. This class explores these rights and responsibilities detailed in the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenants Act, which will assist the renter in knowing their rights and exposing them to their responsibilities will in turn assist them in making informed decisions in the duration of the lease.
