Join us for a quiet, calm, and meditative yoga practice. Each session begins with gentle centering and meditation followed by guided movement using a variety of flow styles. Modifications are provided for every pose allowing participants to move at their own pace and comfort level.
To create a peaceful environment, the door will be locked once practice begins and will not be reopened until the end of class. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in comfortably.
